We can transfer time-shares with or without title insurance, anywhere in the United States or Hawaii, when provided with the following information:

  1. Copy of deed from seller showing how title is held now, along with legal description.
  2. Copy of any property tax bill if paid separately from homeowner’s dues.
  3. Name and phone number of management company.

All our fees are paid before documents are sent out for signature. Once we have received property executed and notarized documents from the seller, all we have to do is record. The buyer then either sends a certified or cashiers check or wires the salesprice to the seller. We then provide the buyer with a recorded copy when can be given to the management company to transfer ownership and book use time.
