In 1959, became a Notary and worked for California Federal Savings, Brokers Escrow, Verdugo Escrow, Transamerica Title Insurance, VIP Realty, Foothill Realty, American Bankers Diversified Mortgage Brokers, opened The Document Center, all of this spanning a 45 year period with 30 years in escrow and title.
